**Tirunelveli, March 28, 2025** – A 22-year-old man, identified as Sundar, has been arrested by the Nanguneri All Women Police Station under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Sundar, a resident of Ramakrishnapuram near Nanguneri, allegedly contacted a Class 11 girl student through social media, professing his love. After the girl rejected his advances and ceased communication, Sundar reportedly intercepted her while she was going to school and threatened her. Following a complaint filed by the girl’s mother, police apprehended Sundar on Friday.
