**Vijayawada, March 28, 2025** – Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu announced a significant allocation of ₹5,300 crore for Muslim welfare in the state’s budget. This represents an increase of ₹1,300 crore compared to last year’s budget. The announcement was made during an Iftar dinner in Vijayawada, where Naidu met with Muslim religious leaders.
Naidu emphasized the TDP government’s commitment to protecting Waqf properties and fostering religious harmony.
