**Hyderabad, India –** The Telangana state government has launched the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025, a ₹6,000 crore initiative aimed at empowering youth from marginalized communities. The scheme provides financial assistance for self-employment ventures, focusing on Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Classes (BC), and minority groups.

Eligible youth can access concessional loans of up to ₹3 lakh, along with subsidies ranging from 60% to 80%, to start their own businesses. The scheme offers three loan categories with varying subsidy amounts, ensuring support tailored to individual needs.
