**Hyderabad, March 28, 2025** – The Hyderabad Disaster Response & Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) demolished an illegal compound wall and cleared encroachments in a Badangpet Municipality colony on Thursday, March 27, 2025. The wall, built by layout developers in Boyapally village, blocked access for several plot owners. The layout, approved by the village panchayat in 1982, had resulted in blockades on three roads. In addition to the wall’s removal, HYDRAA cleared encroachments on a 240-square-yard open space. HYDRAA chief A. V. Ranganath conducted inspections in other areas following complaints of land encroachment.
