**New Delhi, March 28, 2025** – Delhi Police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and two others for allegedly misusing public funds in 2019. The FIR, filed on Friday, follows a court order from March 11th. The complaint, lodged in 2019, alleges that Kejriwal, along with former MLA Gulab Singh and former councilor Nitika Sharma, illegally used public money to erect large hoardings across the city. The police submitted their compliance report to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Neha Mittal, who adjourned the case until April 18th to allow for further investigation. The charges relate to violations of the Prevention of Defacement of Property Act.
