**Kolkata, India** – The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will soon announce the results for the Madhyamik (Class 10) examinations of 2025. Students can access their results online through the official WBBSE website, wbresults.nic.in, once released. The process will require students to log in using their credentials. Students are advised to regularly check the website for updates.
Last year’s results, announced on May 2nd, saw a total of 91,26,598 candidates taking the exam, with a pass percentage of 86.31%. Approximately 7.65 lakh students passed. Chandrachur Sen from Cooch Behar secured first rank with 99%, followed by Samyapriya Guru from Purulia (98.68%). Three students—Udayan Prasad (South Dinajpur), Pushpita Basuri (Birbhum), and Nairit Ranjan Pal (South 24 Parganas)—shared the third rank with 98.71%. Supplementary exams will be offered to students who did not pass; details on the schedule will be released separately.
