**Hyderabad, [Date]:** The Telangana state government has launched the “Rajiv Yuva Vikasam” scheme, aimed at providing self-employment opportunities to unemployed youth, particularly from SC, ST, and BC communities. The scheme offers loans up to ₹3 lakh, with subsidies ranging from 70% to 90% depending on the loan amount.

The online application portal opened on March 17th and will remain open until April 5th. Applicants can apply through the official website: https://tgobmms.cgg.gov.in/. Beneficiary selection will be completed by June 2nd.

**Eligibility and Required Documents:**

To apply, applicants must meet specific criteria:

* **Age:** 21 to 55 years.
* **Income:** Annual income should not exceed ₹1.5 lakh in rural areas and ₹2 lakh in urban areas.
* **Required Documents:** Ration card or income certificate, Aadhaar card, passport-size photo, driving license (if applicable), pattadar passbook (for agriculture-related projects), disability certificate (if applicable).

After completing the online application process, applicants must download and submit the application to the MPDO or Zonal Commissioner. Collectors will oversee the selection process. Screening of applications will take place from April 6th to May 31st.

* Loans between ₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh: 80% subsidy
