**Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – March 27, 2025** – Jana Small Finance Bank opened its first branch in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh on Thursday, marking a significant expansion into the state. The new branch offers a comprehensive range of financial services, including deposits, various loan products (housing, gold, business, MSME, supply chain, and agricultural), catering to both individuals and businesses.
The inauguration was presided over by Shyam Sundar Polisetty, Director, Polisetty Somasundaram, and attended by Ajay Kanwal, MD and CEO of Jana Small Finance Bank, along with other dignitaries and bank officials.

This new branch brings Jana Small Finance Bank’s total branch network to 796 across 25 states and union territories. A notable 32.33% of these branches are located in unbanked rural centers, and the bank employs nearly 25,500 people.
