**KOCHI, March 27, 2025** – The Kerala High Court today granted bail to Kiran P.P. and Satheesh Kumar P., two individuals arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the Karuvannur Service Cooperative Bank money laundering case. Kiran, allegedly an agent, is accused of obtaining bank loans on behalf of others. Satheesh Kumar, a private money lender, is alleged to have acted as a benami for several prominent political leaders and police officers. The court granted bail considering their prolonged pre-trial detention since their arrest in 2023.
