TIRUNELVELI, March 27, 2025 – V. Karuppasamy Pandian, a three-time MLA and organizing secretary of the AIADMK, was cremated Thursday in his hometown of Thiruththu near Palayamkottai. Party leaders paid their respects, mourning the loss of a dedicated party member.
AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami led the tributes, describing Pandian as a loyal follower of party founder M.G. Ramachandran and late Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. Palaniswami praised Pandian’s contributions to strengthening the AIADMK’s presence in southern districts. Former Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam also offered condolences, highlighting Pandian’s commitment to party unity.
