**MUMBAI, March 27, 2025** – Vivek Sharma, a former marketing professional, has channeled his grief into a decade-long mission to support cancer patients and their caregivers after the sudden death of his five-year-old son in 2014. His journey, detailed in his book and podcast, “God Is Not Fair?”, has led to the creation of Uhapo, a social enterprise assisting those navigating the complexities of cancer.
