**Secunderabad, March 27, 2025** – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Upendra Dwivedi visited the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME) in Secunderabad yesterday to review its training programs. The visit focused on the college’s efforts to prepare technologically advanced technicians for the Indian Army.
