**Patna, Bihar** – The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) declared the Class 12 results for 2025 today, revealing an inspiring success story amidst a slight dip in the overall pass percentage. Raushani Kumari, daughter of an auto-rickshaw driver, secured the top position in the Commerce stream with an impressive 95% score.

Overcoming significant financial hardships, Raushani’s journey highlights the power of perseverance. She worked part-time at her coaching teacher’s computer center to fund her education, earning Rs 500 per hour to cover her coaching fees. Despite initially considering Chartered Accountancy, she opted for Computer Science due to financial constraints.

“Everyone wants to achieve something, but financial circumstances often dictate our choices,” Raushani shared, reflecting on her struggles. Her father, Sudhir Kumar, expressed immense pride, stating that Raushani’s dedication was evident from a young age.

Priya Jaiswal topped the Science stream, while Ankita Kumari and Shakib Sah shared the top spot in the Arts stream. A total of 5,05,884 students passed the BSEB Inter Exams 2025 out of 6,11,365 candidates, resulting in an 86.56% pass percentage – a slight decrease from last year’s 87.21%. 1,05,481 students failed the examination. Raushani’s remarkable achievement serves as an inspiration to students across Bihar.
