CHENNAI, INDIA – Renowned Kollywood actor and karate master Shihan Hussaini (60) passed away today, leaving behind a legacy of martial arts expertise and film appearances. The news has deeply saddened Tollywood star Pawan Kalyan, who was a student of Hussaini’s.

Kalyan took to social media to express his grief, recalling his training under Hussaini. He described the rigorous training he underwent and how Hussaini’s initial reluctance to take him on as a student ultimately led to a strong bond between them. Kalyan noted that the karate skills he learned were instrumental in his performance in the film “Tammudu.”

Hussaini, known for his dedication to both karate and archery, had trained approximately 3,000 students in karate and played a significant role in promoting archery in Tamil Nadu, holding key positions within the state’s archery association.
