Tue Mar 25 15:32:57 UTC 2025: ## Kerala Cashew Corporation Launches Statewide Clean-Up Initiative

**Kollam, Kerala – March 25, 2025** – The Kerala State Cashew Development Corporation (KSCDC) will participate in a major state-wide clean-up initiative as part of the “Malinya Muktham Navakeralam” (Garbage-Free Kerala) campaign. On March 27th, cleaning drives will be conducted at the KSCDC headquarters and all 30 of its factories.

The initiative, according to KSCDC officials, builds upon existing green programs focused on waste reduction and scientific waste management. Approximately 11,000 employees and workers will participate. The clean-up will be inaugurated by KSCDC chairperson S. Jayamohan at Factory No. 2 in Kilikollur.

Further reinforcing the commitment to cleanliness, the corporation will also participate in the “Ente Bhavanam, Suchithwa Bhavanam” (My Home, Clean Home) campaign on March 30th, encouraging employees to clean their homes. This multifaceted approach aims to contribute significantly to the state’s broader goal of becoming garbage-free.
