**Bengaluru, March 25, 2025** – The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will celebrate its 50th convocation ceremony on March 28th, with renowned scientist S. Somanath, Vikram Sarabhai Professor and former Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), serving as the chief guest and delivering the convocation address.
The ceremony will confer degrees upon graduating students from various programs, including PhD, PGPEM, EPGP, PGPBA, PGP, and PGPPM. While PGPPM students will receive either a Master of Management Studies (Public Policy) degree or a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy and Management, one outstanding PhD scholar will be awarded the Institute’s prize for research excellence. Gold medals will also be presented for top academic performance.
