**New Delhi, March 25, 2025** – The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), in partnership with Interpol’s Notice & Diffusion Task Force, concluded a two-day workshop focused on improving understanding and compliance with Interpol’s color-coded notice system. The workshop, held March 24-25, brought together law enforcement officials from across India.
Attendees included representatives from the CBI, NIA, ED, DRI, NCB, Delhi Police, Wildlife Crime Control Bureau, and state and union territory police forces, as well as officials from the Ministries of External and Home Affairs. A key session addressed the legal aspects of Interpol notices.
Participants were encouraged to utilize the Bharatpol portal to submit requests for international police cooperation through Interpol member countries. The workshop aimed to strengthen India’s collaboration with Interpol in tackling transnational crime.
