**Tirumala, March 24, 2025** – The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) today announced its budget for the 2025-26 fiscal year, projecting a total revenue of ₹5,258.68 crore. The temple’s hundi offerings are expected to contribute the largest portion, with an estimated ₹1,729 crore, a significant increase of over ₹58 crore compared to the previous year. Interest earned on investments is the second largest revenue source, estimated at ₹1,310 crore. Other key income streams include the sale of prasadams (₹600 crore), darshan tickets (₹310 crore), and human hair (₹176.50 crore).

The budget allocates a substantial ₹1,773.75 crore for human resource payments, followed by ₹800 crore for corpus and investments, and ₹768.50 crore for material purchases. Significant sums are also allocated for capital works, maintenance, grants, and other operational expenses. While the projected closing balance is slightly lower than the opening balance, the temple anticipates a healthy financial year.
