**Thiruvananthapuram, March 23, 2025** – Two separate assemblies focused on issuing *pattayams* (title deeds) were held in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram district on Saturday. MLA C.K. Hareendran inaugurated an assembly in the Parassala constituency, receiving nearly 200 applications across Neyyattinkara and Kattakada taluks. Meanwhile, in Kovalam, MLA M. Vincent presided over a similar assembly, receiving 14 applications. Vincent emphasized the need to focus on unsurveyed areas to expand access to title deeds. The events mark a significant effort to address land ownership issues in the region.
