**Montecito, CA –** Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have sold their Montecito villa for $5.2 million, exceeding the asking price of $4.995 million. The 1,691-square-foot home, located near Butterfly Beach, was on the market for less than two weeks before closing on Thursday.
