Sun Mar 23 03:00:00 UTC 2025: ## Bulls Overcome Kings in High-Scoring Affair, 128-116

**SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP)** — Coby White erupted for 35 points, including 31 in the second half, leading the Chicago Bulls to a 128-116 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Thursday night. The Bulls overcame a nine-point halftime deficit (64-55) to dominate the final two quarters, outscoring the Kings by 21 points.

White’s impressive performance was complemented by strong contributions from Nikola Vucevic (24 points) and Kevin Huerter (25 points, 7 assists, 4 steals), who was one point shy of his season high. Vucevic’s hot shooting, including four three-pointers, proved crucial in the comeback. Huerter’s driving layup with 8:15 left in the fourth quarter gave the Bulls the lead for good. The Bulls shot an impressive 42.9% from three-point range (15-of-35) overall.

Despite a game-high 34 points and 5 assists from Malik Monk, and 22 points and 6 rebounds from Trey Lyles, the Kings’ defense faltered, allowing the Bulls to shoot 52.3% from the field. The Kings’ struggles came a day after a surprising win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. The absence of Kings center Domantas Sabonis (sprained right ankle) significantly impacted Sacramento’s interior defense.

The Bulls now travel to Los Angeles to face the Lakers on Saturday, while the Kings host the Milwaukee Bucks on the same night.
