HYDERABAD, INDIA – Renowned music composer MM Keeravani has described his work on the upcoming Mahesh Babu film, tentatively titled #SSMB29, as his most challenging project yet. Speaking at a press event promoting his upcoming concert, “Naa Tour MMK,” scheduled for the 22nd of this month, Keeravani revealed that the film’s score requires the creation of entirely new sounds unlike anything he’s done before. He called the project an “adventure,” acknowledging the difficulty while expressing his enthusiasm for the creative journey.

Beyond #SSMB29, Keeravani also discussed other current projects. These include composing music for Chiranjeevi’s “Visvam Bhar” (after a three-decade gap), and the Bollywood film “Tanvi: The Great,” directed by Anupam Kher.

Keeravani cited KV Mahadevan and RD Burman as major musical influences, while simultaneously highlighting his commitment to learning from contemporary composers. He also mentioned his fondness for the piano.

His upcoming concert will feature a large-scale performance with 150 musicians, a notable increase from his previous events. The concert will showcase over 30 songs selected from his extensive repertoire of more than 1600 composed songs, including 800 hits, 400 super hits, and 200 mega hits.
