Sat Mar 22 04:30:00 UTC 2025: ## Kanye West Drops Controversial New Album “Bully” Amidst Online Tirade

**LOS ANGELES, CA** – Kanye West has released his new album, “Bully,” in a highly unconventional manner, dropping various film versions of the project on X (formerly Twitter) amidst a flurry of inflammatory posts. The album, reportedly inspired by West’s son Saint, features wrestling-themed visuals and samples from classic soul artists such as Cortex and the Supremes.

The 30-minute films, edited by Hype Williams, depict Saint West in a wrestling match against New Japan Pro-Wrestling stars. West himself described the album as “not finished and half the vocals AI,” claiming it was a test run to gauge listener response. Three iterations of the film—”screening,” “post Hype,” and “post post Hype” versions—were released.

The release followed a day of controversial posts on X targeting Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and their children, alongside antisemitic remarks. West stated his decision to bypass traditional streaming services was a protest against what he called “fake streams” and exploitative record label practices. He further announced plans to release “Donda 2” and hinted at future projects titled “Vultures 3” and “Donda 3.”

The album’s unconventional release, tied to the rapper’s ongoing public controversy, leaves its future uncertain. While currently available via West’s X account, its long-term accessibility remains questionable, given his recent history of erratic behavior and account suspensions. The release of “Bully” comes after West’s recent controversial sale of swastika-emblazoned t-shirts. The album’s initial announcement came in September 2024 during a performance in China.
