**Antalya, Turkey** – Polish tennis player Maja Chwalińska enjoyed a highly successful day at the Antalya Challenger, securing victories in both singles and doubles competitions.

In the second round of the singles tournament, Chwalińska faced a tough opponent in top-100 player Maria Lourdes Carle of Argentina. Despite Carle’s comeback from a 1-5 deficit in the first set to force a tie-break, Chwalińska dominated, winning 7-6(2). The second set saw another turnaround, with Chwalińska recovering from a 1-3 deficit to win 6-4. The match was marked by numerous breaks of serve, with Chwalińska losing her serve six times and Carle seven.

Less than two hours later, Chwalińska partnered with Anastasia Detiuc of Czech Republic in the doubles competition. The duo swiftly defeated the German-Swiss pairing of Ella Seidel and Jil Teichmann 6:1, 6:3 in a match lasting just over an hour.

Chwalińska will next face Elsa Jacquemot of France in the singles quarterfinals. The Chwalińska-Detiuc doubles pairing will play Nao Hibino and Makoto Ninomiya of Japan in the semifinals. Meanwhile, fellow Polish player Alicja Rosolska has been eliminated from the doubles tournament.
