**Thiruvananthapuram, March 18, 2025** – The sixth edition of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale (KMB) will focus on regional connections within a global context, emphasizing hospitality, care, artist solidarity, and collaborative economies, curator Nikhil Chopra announced on Tuesday.
Speaking at the inaugural event of the “Let’s Talk” series at Kanakakunnu Palace, Chopra outlined his curatorial vision for KMB 2025-26. The series, a collaboration with Kerala’s Tourism department, will feature public conversations across the state leading up to the Biennale.
Bose Krishnamachari, president of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, and Mario D’Souza, director of programmes at Kochi Biennale Foundation, also addressed the event, providing an overview of the Biennale’s history and upcoming programs. The “Let’s Talk” series aims to engage artists, scholars, cultural practitioners, and the public in stimulating discussions.
