**Thrissur, March 17, 2025** – The Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi announced its prestigious awards and fellowships for 2024 on Monday. Veteran artists A. Ananthapadmanabhan (Veena), Xavier Pulppatt (playwright and theatre director), and Kalamandalam Saraswathi (dancer) received the Akademi Fellowship, each receiving ₹50,000, a plaque, certificate, and sculpture.

Eighteen individuals were also selected for awards across various art forms, while 22 recipients over 60 years of age were honored with the Guru Pooja Award, each receiving ₹30,000, a plaque, and a certificate.
