**Bengaluru, March 18, 2025** – A 29-year-old police constable, Mubarak Mujavar, who had been missing for a month, was found dead in an abandoned City Armed Reserve quarters in Adugodi on Monday. Mujavar, hailing from Belagavi, was discovered deceased inside a room after a foul odor prompted investigation. His body was highly decomposed.
Police reports indicate that Mujavar’s wife had traveled to her hometown, Athani in Belagavi, for childbirth. Following her departure, Mujavar went missing, prompting a missing person report filed by a friend after he failed to report for duty or respond to calls.
