**Hyderabad, March 15, 2025** – Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy defended his frequent visits to Delhi, stating that he has traveled to the capital 32 times in the past 15 months to secure funds for the state. Speaking in the Assembly on Saturday, Mr. Reddy moved a motion thanking the Governor’s address. He described the Prime Minister as a “big brother” to all Chief Ministers, emphasizing the importance of the central government’s role in state development, while acknowledging their political differences.
Mr. Reddy clarified that his trips to Delhi resulted in approvals for several key projects, including an airport in Warangal and the tendering process for a section of the Regional Ring Road, as well as the establishment of an Indian Institute of Handloom Technology. He also stated that he primarily uses commercial flights, only resorting to chartered flights on two occasions.
