**Thrissur, Kerala – March 16, 2025** – The Amala Institute of Medical Sciences inaugurated a new Integrated Medical Research Department on Saturday, March 15th. The opening ceremony was presided over by Maharashtra Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan.

Governor Radhakrishnan emphasized the crucial role of collaborative research in addressing modern healthcare challenges, highlighting the pandemic’s impact on the need for swift and innovative solutions.
