**Namakkal, March 15, 2025** – A 90-year-old woman, S. Saraswathi, was found murdered in her home in Agraharam near Pallipalayam on Saturday. Police suspect foul play, noting that Saraswathi’s earrings were missing.
Saraswathi had lived alone for the past 20 years following her husband’s death. Her grandson discovered her body after finding the front door locked. He gained entry through the back door and alerted authorities.
