**Madurai, March 15, 2025** – Uma Ratnam Krishnan, Managing Director of Optum India, addressed graduating students of Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM) at their 39th convocation on Saturday, urging them to embrace calculated risks and prioritize continuous learning. Ms. Krishnan advised the 260 graduating MBA, PGDM, and PGD-DSBA students to “take chances” and view failures as valuable learning opportunities. She stressed the importance of self-investment and pursuing passions, emphasizing that there is no “right time” to begin.
