**Little Rock, AR & Jefferson City, MO – March 15, 2025** – At least 14 people are dead and dozens injured following a devastating series of tornadoes that ripped through parts of Missouri and Arkansas on Friday night and Saturday morning. The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) confirmed 11 fatalities, with six deaths in Wayne County, three in Ozark County, and one each in Butler and Jefferson counties. Ozark County also reported multiple injuries. Arkansas officials reported three storm-related deaths and 29 injuries.

The MSHP reported widespread damage, including downed trees, power lines, and significant damage to residential and commercial buildings. Some areas experienced severe damage from the tornadoes, accompanied by thunderstorms and large hail.

The National Weather Service continues to issue tornado warnings for portions of Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee, with further tornadoes predicted throughout Saturday. Emergency crews in the affected areas are working tirelessly to assess the damage and assist those in need. The full extent of the damage and casualties is still being determined.
