Sat Mar 15 06:00:00 UTC 2025: **Sadie Sink Joins Tom Holland in Next Spider-Man Installment**

**NEW YORK, NY** – Deadline has exclusively learned that Sadie Sink, star of Netflix’s *Stranger Things*, is set to join Tom Holland in the next Spider-Man film. Production is slated to begin later this year. While Marvel and Sony remain tight-lipped, sources suggest Sink will take on a significant role in the sequel, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and produced by Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige.

Following the events of *Spider-Man: No Way Home*, which saw Peter Parker’s identity erased, the new film is expected to feature a shift in the cast, with newcomers joining Holland. Speculation points to Sink possibly playing either Jean Grey from the X-Men or another popular red-headed character from the Spider-Man universe.

Holland, currently filming Christopher Nolan’s *The Odyssey*, will begin work on the Spider-Man sequel upon completion. For Sink, the role follows the recent wrap of *Stranger Things* and her acclaimed performance in the Searchlight musical *O’Dessa*, which premiered at SXSW and opens next week on Hulu. She will also appear in the Broadway play *John Proctor Is the Villain*, opening April 4th.
