**Cape Canaveral, FL** – A four-person crew is poised for launch to the International Space Station (ISS) tonight, with liftoff scheduled for 7:03 p.m. EDT. NASA astronauts Anne McClain (commander) and Nichole Ayers (pilot), alongside JAXA astronaut Takuya Onishi and Roscosmos cosmonaut Kirill Peskov, received final launch approval.
The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, fueled by liquid oxygen and RP-1 kerosene, is undergoing final propellant loading. Weather conditions at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station are highly favorable, with a greater than 95% chance of a successful launch, according to the 45th Weather Squadron.
