Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh – The Janasena party is gearing up for its 12th anniversary celebrations, scheduled for Friday in Chitara, East Godavari district. The event, titled “Jayakethanam,” promises to be a large-scale affair, with party flags fluttering and elaborate welcome arches erected to greet attendees.

Party leaders, including political affairs committee chairman Nadeendla Manohar, Minister Durgesh, MLC Hari Prasad, MP Uday Srivinas, and several MLAs, are overseeing the arrangements. Special enclosures are being prepared to accommodate the expected large crowds.

This anniversary holds particular significance as it’s the first since the Janasena’s electoral success and subsequent participation in the state government. Party president and newly elected MLA Pawan Kalyan, who will be attending as Deputy Chief Minister, is expected to outline the party’s future course of action.

Security measures are being implemented to ensure a smooth and incident-free event. Police, under the supervision of SP Bindumadhav, are focusing on traffic management and crowd control, particularly around the SB City Venture location near the national highway. Traffic diversions are planned on the Kakinada-Pithapuram-Kattipuddi route from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Friday. Multiple parking areas have been designated. Mr. Kalyan will be staying overnight in Kakinada.

The afternoon program, commencing at 3:30 PM, will feature cultural performances including Bharatanatyam, Veenagana, Kalaripayattu, and Mallakhamb. A visual presentation highlighting the party’s journey and achievements over the past 12 years will also be showcased, followed by speeches from party leaders.
