**Mumbai, March 13, 2025** – While the Indian stock market experiences a correction, the upcoming week will see a flurry of activity on the BSE’s SME platform, but no major IPOs on the main board. Two Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) initial public offerings (IPOs) will open for subscription starting March 17th: Paradeep Parivahan and Divine Hira Jewellers.
Paradeep Parivahan’s IPO, a fresh issuance of 45.78 lakh shares valued at ₹44.86 crore, will have a price band of ₹93-₹98 per share. Investors will need a minimum investment of ₹1,11,600 for one lot of 1,200 shares. The IPO closes on March 19th. Proceeds will fund working capital and general corporate purposes.
Additionally, PDP Shipping and Projects, and Super Iron Foundry IPOs will list on the BSE’s SME platform on March 18th and 19th, respectively. Divine Hira Jewellers’ IPO details regarding share offerings and investment requirements were not included in the release. The funds raised by Divine Hira Jewellers will also be used for working capital, debt reduction and general corporate purposes. A minimum investment of ₹144,000 will be required for a lot of 1,600 shares in this IPO. Investors are advised to conduct thorough due diligence before investing.
