**Bengaluru, India** – The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) announced the successful de-docking of its SpaDeX satellites, a crucial step forward in India’s ambitious space exploration program. Union Minister Jitendra Singh confirmed the accomplishment via X (formerly Twitter), highlighting its significance for future missions.
The SpaDeX mission, launched on December 30th, 2023, involved two satellites, SDX01 and SDX02, which successfully docked on January 16th after several attempts. This successful de-docking now clears the path for more complex space endeavors.
Minister Singh lauded the ISRO team and emphasized the importance of this achievement for India, linking it to the continued support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
