THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Thiruvananthapuram District Collector Anu Kumari IAS described her participation in the Attingal Pongala festival as a deeply spiritual experience, likening it to the Navratri celebrations. She expressed her long-held desire to attend the Pongala and shared her joy at being able to participate this year as the Collector.
