**Mumbai, India** – Popular television actress Kishwer Merchant recently appeared on Sana Khan’s podcast, where she candidly discussed her religious practices, family life, and balancing her Muslim faith within her Hindu family. Merchant, married to actor Suyyash Rai since 2016, revealed that despite marrying into a Hindu family, she continues to observe Ramadan, albeit not always perfectly due to health concerns.
Merchant shared that she observes fasts during Ramadan, although acidity issues sometimes force her to break them, occasionally requiring hospitalization.
