**MOSCOW/RIYADH** – Moscow was targeted by a large-scale drone attack early Tuesday, according to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. Russian authorities reported shooting down 58 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Emergency services are responding to debris falling in the city.
