**Tiruchirappalli, March 11, 2025** – The Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM-T) recently launched its third Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Management Programme. The launch event included U. Rajinikanth, chief learning officer of Adventz Group, V. Gopal, dean (Academics) at IIM-T, and Sanjay Salunkhe, chairperson of Jaro Education.

Mr. Rajinikanth emphasized the importance of reskilling and continuous learning for professionals to remain competitive in today’s corporate landscape. Programme directors Meenakshi Nagarajan and Sajeet Pradhan also addressed the attendees.
