**Hyderabad, March 11, 2025** – A family of four, including two children, was found dead at their home in Habsiguda, Hyderabad, on Monday, March 10, 2025. Police believe the deaths were a result of a suicide pact, citing financial difficulties as the likely motive.
The deceased have been identified as Chandrasekhar Reddy (46), his wife Kavitha (36), and their two children, a ninth-grader and a fifth-grader. Relatives discovered the bodies after receiving no response to their calls and forcing entry into the family’s residence in Ravindra Nagar.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the parents killed their children before taking their own lives. The bodies have been sent to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem examination. A case has been registered, and the police are conducting a further investigation.
