**Hyderabad, March 10, 2025** – The Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has finally released the highly anticipated results for the Group 1 examinations. The announcement, made today, brings relief to applicants who have faced numerous delays and setbacks. The TSPSC also announced that the Group 2 results will be released on Tuesday.
The Group 1 recruitment process was fraught with difficulties. Initially announced in April 2022 under the previous BRS government, the preliminary examination held that October was cancelled due to a question paper leak. A subsequent exam held in June 2023 was also cancelled following legal challenges. After the change in government, the Congress administration added 60 more positions, bringing the total number of vacancies to 563. The exams were then conducted, leading to today’s result announcement.
Over 21,093 candidates appeared for the main examination. Candidates can check their results on the official TSPSC website. The Commission aims to release the results of all competitive examinations by the 20th of this month. The release of the Group 1 results has been met with jubilation from applicants who have persevered through the extended and complicated process.
