**Kathalapūr, March 4:** Collector Satya Prasad inspected Indira Awas Yojana (IAY) sites in Errapūr, Errapūr Thanda of Ibrahimpatnam mandal, and Pōsānipēt of Kathalapūr mandal on Tuesday. He instructed beneficiaries to construct their houses according to the government-approved model and urged for swift completion of the construction process.
Prasad announced that beneficiaries will receive ₹1 lakh in the basement stage, ₹1 lakh during wall construction, ₹2 lakh at the slab stage, and a final ₹1 lakh after the house is completed and painted. He also directed that masons and laborers should cooperate with beneficiaries to ensure timely completion. Finally, he instructed officials to address any technical issues related to updating the Indira Awas Yojana app.
