**Bengaluru, March 6, 2025** – Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Member of Parliament Tejasvi Surya and renowned Carnatic singer and Bharatanatyam dancer Sivasri Skandaprasad tied the knot in a traditional Vedic ceremony at Bengaluru’s Palace Grounds today. The wedding was attended by prominent BJP figures, including Annamalai, Amit Malaviya, and Union Minister V Somanna.

Surya shared photos from the ceremony on social media, expressing his gratitude for the blessings received and announcing the start of their journey together. Sivasri was seen in traditional Kanjivaram and yellow silk sarees, while Surya wore a white-and-gold outfit and an off-white traditional dress.

Sivasri, an engineer by profession, gained popularity for her musical and dance talents, particularly during the pandemic. Her performances have even earned her praise from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Both Surya and Sivasri are known for their fitness achievements, having completed the Ironman challenge in 2024.
