Sat Mar 01 03:15:14 UTC 2025: ## 15,066 Clear Uttar Pradesh PCS Prelims Exam, Advance to Mains

**Lucknow, India** – The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) announced the results of its Combined State/Subordinate Services (Preliminary) Examination 2024 today. A total of 15,066 candidates have successfully qualified and will proceed to the main examination.

Over 576,000 candidates initially applied for the prelims exam, which was held on December 22nd in two sessions. Approximately 484,000 candidates appeared for the exam. The results, containing the roll numbers of the successful candidates, are now available on the UPPSC website: uppsc.up.nic.in.

These 15,066 candidates will now compete for 947 vacancies in the Uttar Pradesh state and subordinate services. The preliminary answer key was released on December 26th, with a period for objections ending on December 31st.
