**HYDERABAD, INDIA (March 1, 2025)** – Zen Technologies, a Hyderabad-based defence training and anti-drone solutions firm, announced today that it has been granted a patent for its automated hard kill firearm mounting system. This advanced mechatronics platform utilizes AI-powered target acquisition, automated firing, and real-time threat response capabilities.
The system, designed for border security, counter-drone operations, and automated perimeter defence, is adaptable for both military and law enforcement applications. It can integrate with existing surveillance systems, such as anti-drone systems and battlefield surveillance radars (BFSRs), for rapid and precise target identification.
The patent, granted under the Indian Patents Act, is valid until October 15, 2042. This marks Zen Technologies’ third patent granted in 2025 and its thirteenth in the current fiscal year.
