**Orlando, FL –** WWE Superstar Akira Tozawa has confirmed his X (formerly Twitter) account was hacked earlier today. The hack saw his profile picture removed, his name changed, and numerous posts promoting a cryptocurrency scam and retweets from a job recruitment page appearing on his feed.

Tozawa, who was reportedly at Disney World at the time, regained control of his account and removed the fraudulent content. He subsequently posted a message to fans confirming the breach and assuring them he was back in control.

This incident follows a similar hacking of fellow WWE star Asuka’s X account earlier this week. Tozawa’s recent increased visibility, including his unexpected removal from the Royal Rumble by Carmelo Hayes and subsequent matches against Hayes and World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER, may have made his account a more appealing target for hackers.
