**New Delhi, [Date]** – The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced the results for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) recruitment exam (CEN 01/2024) for the year 2025. Candidates who appeared for the Computer-Based Test (CBT 1), held from November 25th to 29th, 2024, can now check their results on the official RRB website, indianrailways.gov.in.
Results have been released for several RRB zones including Mumbai, Bilaspur, Thiruvananthapuram, Siliguri, Ranchi, Malda, and Kolkata. Individual result links are also available for each zone.
The CBT 1 exam, which included negative marking (⅓ of the mark allotted for each incorrect answer), was followed by a provisional answer key released on December 5th, 2024, with objections accepted until December 10th. The selection process consists of five stages: CBT 1, CBT 2, Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), Document Verification (DV), and Medical Examination (ME). Note that while CBT 1 and CBT 2 include negative marking, CBAT does not.
This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 18,799 ALP positions, significantly increased from the initially advertised 5696 vacancies due to additional demand from regional railways.
