**Bengaluru, February 28, 2025** – The Raman Research Institute (RRI) in Bengaluru celebrated National Science Day with a hugely successful Open Day, attracting over a thousand students and science enthusiasts. The event, held on February 28th, commemorated the discovery of the Raman Effect by Sir C.V. Raman in 1928.
